Muna

I first started belly dancing in 2006 in
my Central Illinois hometown.  Some
to spice up our lives.  As it turns out,
they lost interest, and I kept at it.
After moving to Louisiana in late
2007, I started taking classes with
Faaria.  I was so excited to find a
talented instructor and gifted
bellydance troupe in my new
neighborhood.  open auditions for
potential new members, I couldn't let
the opportunity pass.  I'm particularly
drawn to Egyptian Cabaret and
Turkish Folkloric movement.  I love
dancing , and no matter how much I
advance, I want to learn more!
When not dancing, I am a avid
runner, a decent wife, and caretaker
of my two adorable puppies.  I'm also
working towards a Master's Degree in
Counseling.
